I started this running thing with Team In Training in 2002 in honor of my cousin Gabe.  He was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia ("ALL") in 2000 when he was 16 years old and spent two years enduring intense chemotherapy and radiation.  Gabe is cancer-free and restoring his life.  But the need for research breakthroughs continue and my commitment to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society remains strong.

With Team In Training, I've completed the London Marathon in 2002, the Marine Corp Marathon, the Gulf Coast Triathlon, and am now training for the 2005 London Marathon.

I encourage you to become involved - donating to my fundraising campaign, lacing up your running shoes and signing up for a Team In Training event, or finding another avenue for making a difference.

The Axe Out Leukemia website has supported more than a dozen athletes training with TNT.  100% of the money raised through the website goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
